CANCELLATION POLICY & CONDITIONS

 

FOR ALL TO KNOW: Tagaytay is within the tourism corridor of Cavite-Batangas and naturally significant number of tourists flock to this magnificent lakeview city all year round. Most of these said tourists come from Metro-Manila, other Philippine provinces and a good percentage of them from other countries. Most inquire or book as early as six months ahead of reservation date(s) and frequently overwhelm the front desk especially during peak periods.

Any cancellation (for regular non-promo published rates) not advised ahead of the specified time disrupts the reservation schedule and becomes losses on the part of the hotel as there were other prospective guests who inquired but were turned away because of your confirmed booking, This cancellation policy was made so that all confirmed guests are informed of the fees and processes applicable for each of the situation indicated below.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT RESERVATIONS UNDER ANY OF OUR PROMOS ARE NON-REBOOKABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

THE CANCELLATION POLICY STATED BELOW IS ONLY FOR BOOKINGS MADE UNDER THE REGULAR NON-PROMO RATES.

All applicable cancellation requests must be made in writing sent either through email, fax or personally delivered to our front desk office in order to process and  before any applicable refund are issued.

 

REFERENCE FOR PENALTIES AND CANCELLATION CHARGES FOR REGULAR ROOM RATES RESERVATION ONLY

For bookings made more than seven (7) days ahead or longer before check-in date(s):

Cancellation should be made at least seven (7) days prior to check-in date to refund deposit but will have PhP300.00 processing fee for every day of reserved dates.

Failure of the guest(s) to cancel within the prescribed period, the penalties are as follows:

6 days before check-in:10% penalty of the total reserved date(s) + processing fee

5 days before check-in:10% penalty of the total reserved date(s) + processing fee

4 days before check-in:10% penalty of the total reserved date(s) + processing fee

3 days before check-in:10% penalty of the total reserved date(s) + processing fee

2 days before check-in:10% penalty of the total reserved date(s) + processing fee

1 day before FULL RATE CHARGE

 

ALL FEES SHALL BE DEDUCTED OR APPLIED TO PAID/RECEIVED DEPOSITS

All valid refund can be claimed after 15 working days

ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATION A DAY BEFORE OR ON OR AFTER CHECK-IN DATE(S)

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND FOR NO SHOWS NOR ANY DISCOUNTS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE

Tip: If you have unavoidable circumstances or emergency, we suggest that you just re-book in advance or transfer your reservation to a relative or friend to avoid big penalties. Re-booking if advised well ahead of time will just cost you three hundred pesos.

 

For bookings made less than seven (7) days ahead before check-in date(s):

Cancellation should be made at least 72 hours (or four days) prior to check-in date to refund deposit but will have PhP400.00 processing fee for every day of reserved date(s).

Failure of the guest(s) to cancel within the prescribed period, the penalties are as follows:

3 days before check-in:20% penalty of the total reserved date(s) + processing fee

2 days before check-in:25% penalty of the total reserved date(s) + processing fee

1 day before FULL RATE CHARGE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso unless otherwise indicated per night per room

Rates are subject to 10% service charge (for regular room rates)

Check-in time: 2:00pm  Check-out time: 12:00noon the next day

The hotel, spa and restaurant reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anybody that the management feels is a threat or will pose business conflicts or disadvantage to the well being of the business.

Pets are not allowed inside the room, spa or restaurant.

Child Policy: While we take great measure in safeguarding all customers, the guest(s) are responsible for the safety of their children while inside the premises. Maximum two (2) children below 12 years of age are allowed free of charge. Additional breakfasts shall be charged according to our menu rates when requested.

 

PAYMENT/CONFIRMATION POLICY

Non-payment of any amount due will be treated as cancellation or no reservation at all. There should be no assumption of booking confirmation if there has been no payment made to any of our accounts.

Fifty percent (50%) payment for regular non-promo rates and full payment (100%) for promo rates must be received before reservation can be confirmed and rates are not guaranteed without payment. No contract of any kind has been created nor exists between ANDANITA TAJ OF TAGAYTAY and a client submitting a reservation request until availability (deposit) of funds has been verified and received by us. Nor does any contract pre-exist between the hotel and the client submitting a reservation request.
